December, 2010 Dear friends, We wrote a poem for 2010. Read it once or over and over again. Click here to make an end-of-year donation, but be sure to keep reading for some rhyme relaxation. The Poem 2010, what a Kids Creative year Our children wrote stories, made friends and they cheered Confidence was key and the imagination reigned Click here to watch a music video called "The Pain Drain" Our strong results are sure to make you go "wow" From improved academics to artistic know-how Attendance was high but parents' need doth grow Every child deserves the chance to steal the show Our alumni are proof of our success Two students on Broadway demonstrate that best Our Urban Hero Manley Carter phrases it like a gem "Kids Creative allows me to just be myself wherever I am" So give peace education as your end of year gift And you're sure to give a child a life-changing lift That was the year from the Kids Creative Crew Festive cheer and best wishes from us to you!!! Your contribution will allow Kids Creative to provide essential skills and experiences to youth in need.
